The reference for practical training
Afritech Institute, officially the Vocational Training Institute of Afritech (VTI Afritech), was founded in 2024 in Rondo, Dschang to give young people job-ready skills through nationally certified, practical training.
Our story
Afritech Institute was born from a simple observation: too many young people finish school educated but unemployed. Degrees without skills do not pay bills.
So we built a different kind of institution: one where every course is taught by doing, every year of study ends in a recognized national qualification, and every graduate leaves with a skill the market actually pays for.
Authorized by ORDER No. 000603/MINEFOP/SG/DFOP/SDGSFICSACD/CBAC of 20 OCT 2025 and accredited by both MINEFOP and MINESUP, we sequence the two national qualification systems into a single ladder: the National Diploma in Year 1 and the Higher National Diploma in Year 2, so every learner is employable at every step.
Afritech Institute works hand in hand with its sister organization, Afritech Global, a digital agency offering web design, digital marketing and business automation, which keeps our training plugged into the real market.
