Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Afritech Institute website, campus programs and online courses.

Enrollment. A seat is confirmed once the application is accepted and the registration fee is paid. Tuition is payable per the published installment schedule.

Fees. The application fee of 20,000 FCFA is non-refundable. Tuition installments are due on their published dates; late payment may suspend access to classes and examinations.

Conduct. Students commit to regular attendance (tracked per session), respect for staff and fellow students, and academic honesty in all assessments.

Certification. National certification (DQP, CQP, HND) is subject to the regulations of MINEFOP and MINESUP and to passing the required examinations.

Online courses. Course access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing accounts or redistributing course content is prohibited.

Refund policy (online courses). This refund policy applies to purchases of online courses only. We stand behind our products, but we understand that they cannot always work perfectly for everyone. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue we are unable to resolve that makes the course unusable for you, we are happy to provide a refund within 3 days of your original purchase date. Refunds are only issued for requests made within 3 days of purchase; after 3 days, no refunds can be processed. Refunds are processed within 10 business days; in some cases we may first ask for the opportunity to resolve the issue. No refunds will be issued if you have used or accessed less than 15%, or more than 30%, of the course. A transaction fee of 5% is deducted from each refund. By requesting and receiving a refund, you relinquish all ownership and agree to stop using the course immediately. We reserve the right to deny a refund request if deemed necessary.
